The Usual Drill

Behind the scenes at The StoryFolder, where we make up our own lyrics to popular folk hymns and take well over an hour to record a minute and 25 second video for our father on Father’s Day. These clips were pulled from the reject pile.

    I just find it funny how much you get down on yourself as you’re working on these things. You can see the time taking its toll on your mental state. 😛

    Also, I watched this one first. Good times.

      The slow descent into madness. Or, actually, the quick descent into madness. It’s like seeing you rage during your video games; one moment: good fun. Next moment: HULK SMASH.

      For all the Type B personality traits that infect both of us, neither of us come from very calm stock.

        When you’re overly competitive, and you actively compete against yourself, there’s never any lack of angst to be had.

          I’d like to think it creates better content too — though it becomes a problem when you let perfectionism come screaming and crying out of a dark alley to stop you from doing anything.

          (Though I’m absolutely saving that. Are you quoting someone? Because it sounds like you’re quoting someone. I’m putting that up on my wall.)
